About Our Company
Established in 1989, CCS offers a broad array of services including, live captioning, offline captioning, multi-language captioning, internet captioning, audio description and conference/meeting captioning from our full-service facilities in North Hollywood, CA, and Grand Rapids, MI.
Whether delivered via broadcast, the internet, or DVD, today video captions are used and enjoyed by millions of people. In addition to private homes, often public spaces such as fitness clubs, sports bars, and airports utilize captions to deliver information.
Our mission is simple, we strive to provide accessibility services of the highest quality, quickly and efficiently. Our employees are the foundation of our success and client satisfaction. They offer their talent and expertise to our customers each and every day, working within tight deadlines, navigating the regulatory landscape, and simplifying the entire captioning experience.
We find special satisfaction in our client relationships, especially those who think of CCS as a "partner" in their accessibility efforts. And it gives us great pride when we hear from viewers who let us know how much they enjoy watching programs captioned by CCS.
In August 2012, we joined forces with VITAC, a captioning company that embraces the CCS’ values of customer service and captioning quality. I invite you to learn more about who we are and what we do. Our team stands ready to help you communicate your story.
